Ti Top Island is renowned for its stunning scenery and pleasant weather, making it a must-visit beach destination. Occupying a small area of 3.7 hectares, Ti Top Island is one of the smallest islands in the Ha Long Bay, located in the Quang Ninh province of northern Vietnam. The two presidents participated in the “Happy Tet 2024” program to celebrate the lunar New Year festival 2024 (Tet) in Vietnam. The Norwegian diplomat is excited to explore the cultural similarities between their country and Vietnam during the New Year holiday, a time for family reunion.
